| Som ni har märkt har det inte hänt något på sidan på ett bra tag och tävlingen är tyvärr avslutad. Vi möttes av det tråkiga beskedet att ägarna till banan i USA skulle sälja och vi kände då att det var bara en vilken tävling som helst här i Sverige då. Det roliga i det hela var att vi kunde knyta nya kontakter med skytteintresserade på andra ställen i världen. Jag Kim och Roger hälsade på dom och var med om ett otroligt roligt äventyr som gjorde att vi fick vänner för livet och har fortfarande kontakt med dom. Framtiden får utvisa vad som händer men görs inget radikalt i skyttesverige kommer det att sakta dö ut p g a alla bakåt- strävaren som finns. Nog om detta! As y'all have noticed, nothing has happened in a long while and the competition is sadly finished. We got the sad message that the owners of the range in Texas where about to sell their preperty and we felt that keeping on the competition would have lost the thrill and intention of it. The focus where to get us all, with the same interest, closer to each other. The fun part was to get new friends around the world. Myself, Kim and Roger made a trip to Texas and had an amazing adventure. We participated in a long range shootingcompetition and could for the first time try shooting on a range at distances 800 and 1000 meters. Difficult, but fun! We also bonded and have friends for life. I just want to say thank you to all who made this competition too what it was and who knows, maybe it resurrects in the future. Dom hade minst spridning och detta gav dom därmed förstaplatsen i hela tävlingen! Lite sent, men så är det när man jobbar med datorer ibland, ursäkta. Resultatet från Thunderbirds har inkommet och det var tydligen lite tufft idag för våra vänner i Texas med. Bob sköt som vanligt under 100 men de andra hade det lite jobbigare. Tyvärr lyckades inte "Western guys" få ihop fyra deltagare så det var endast John som testsköt i TOSS. Välkommen i gänget ändå John och hoppas att du kan hitta tre till. Goda nyheter är också att det ev kommer fler som vill känna på lite TOSS och det är en från Robert Lee. Kanske inte till denna omgången men nästa... Har skapat ett galleri för de som vill känna på och det kommer att vara blandade bilder i detta. Även en resultatfil för de som vill känna på är gjord. Återkommer imorgon med "Ladies" och Shedhill's resultat. A bit late, but these things happens when you work with computers. (Good to have something to blame sometimes....) The results from the Thunderbirds has arrived and they had some problems as well today. Mr Bob shoot under 100mm as usual but the others had a bit more problems. Unfortunately the guys from "The Western Team" didn't get four members to this round so Mr John made a "try-out" in TOSS. Welcome to the gang and I hope you can find three other guys to round two. Good news is that there are more that wants to join in, a guy from Robert Lee. I hope you get your rifle real soon and manage to get hold of teammates. Första resultatet inkommet/insamlat. Lite jobbigare väder denna gången men Göran B gjorde ett mycket bra resultat, gratulerar! Med vindbyar mellan 2 och 5 m/s VSV, regn och 6 grader som gjorde sikten dålig är det bra att skjuta under 80mm! Tyvärr uppstod lite problematik då Göran H råkade skjuta sitt sista skott på Carl's tavla vilket gjorde att vi fick skicka ut Carl's serie igen och fotografera på hans tio skott, därav att det inte blev rätt C-C när Göran H var klar. Tur för laget var dock att det var Göran H's resultat som skulle räknas bort då det annars hade blivit diskat Morgondagen kommer att bjudas på Shedhills och "All womens Team's" resultat. Senare idag väntar vi in Thunderbirds och "The Western guys" resultat, så titta gärna in lite senare igen. The first result has arrived/gathered. A bit more difficult today but Göran B did a really good result, congratulations! With a gusty wind between 4,5 and 11 mph WSW, rain and 42 degrees made the sighting hard, it's really good to shoot under 80mm! Unfortunately we had a bit of a problem since Göran H accidentaly shoot his last round on Carl's target. We had to send out Carl's serie again and take a picture after round 10 and that's why the results on the livetarget isn't up to date. Lucky for The Veterans that it was Göran H's result that was the one being deducted, otherwise it would have been disqualified. Tomorrow, the results from Shedhill and "All womens Team" will arrive. Later today we expect the Thunderbirds and "The Western guys" result will arrive. Please look in again later. |

| Veteranerna har genomfört sin omgång med goda resultat. Det var kallt även idag men helt utan någon vind! Tempen var 3 grader och på Amerikanska blir detta 37 F. Nu väntar vi bara på sista lagets resultat. | Shedhill har genomfört sin omgång med blandat resultat. Det var kallt! Lars och Kim längtar till Texas!!! Vi hade 7 grader C och en vind på ca 4m/s. På Amerikanska blir detta 44 F och ca 9 mp/h. | Idag har jag fått reda på det fjärde laget! (:-) Dessvärre vet jag inte ännu om det är tryckfel
eller det är riktigt rätt namn på laget. Vi hälsar "The Long Rang(e) Hunt Club" hjärtligt Välkommna till TOSS! Deltagarna är tre säkra och ett osäkert varför namnen kommer ut senare! Dom har två att välja på till den fjärde platsen. (:-) Nästa tävling kommer förhoppningsvis att starta med omgång ett i vecka 34 eller 35. Eftersom det nu är fyra lag som deltager kommer skjutningarna att läggas inom ett span av en vecka istället för under en dag. Fyra lag med fyra medlemmar som skall skjuta inom samma dag kan bli lite svårt att få ihop. Reglerna ändrade enligt detta. Today I've received the name of the fourth team! Unfortunately could there be a typo so I'm not 100% sure about the team name. We Welcome "The Long Rang(e) Hunt Club" to TOSS! The competitors are three sure ones and the fourth is a bit unsure so we wait to anounce the names until we are sure. They have two candidates for the fourth place.(:-) Next competition will hopefully start with round one in week 34 or 35. Since its now four team in the competition, the span of the shooting will now be within a week instead of one day. Four teams and four members in one team makes it a bit difficult if all sixteen should be able to shoot at the same day. Rules changed accordingly. |

| Resultaten från Thunderbird är inkommna och jag kan bara säga att det var tajt denna gången! När det endast skiljer 11,3 mm på tre skyttar då är det tajt! Resultaten kan som vanligt hittas under resultat. Vidare kan vi meddela att det har bildats ett lag till från Sverige eftersom det är ett till på gång i USA och ev Tyskland. Återkommer med datum då nästa tävling och omgång startar, (detta eftersom fler lag ville vara med och skjuta i år). | Tredje omgången färdig för Shedhill och det kändes bra för tre av oss. Solen dök upp under Lars och Rogers skjutning och gjorde att det blev lite svårare för oss att hålla ihop, (Lars sjätte skott). Tyvärr jobbigare för Roger än Lars. Men vi räknar endast tre resultat och det blev vår bästa omgång! (:-) Denna gången sände vi också skjutningen "Live" vilket vi hoppas var uppskattat? Av denna anledning med tidsskillnad på 7 timmar sköt vi dagen innan USA-gänget. Bilder finns som vanligt under Galleri och där är också uppdaterat med vårt team-märke. Nu väntar vi bara på de andras resultat. Third round for Shedhill finished and it felt good for three of us. The sun appeared during Lars and Rogers round and made it a bit more difficult for us to keep it together, (Lars sixth shoot). Unfortunately a bit more difficult for Roger than Lars. But we are only count three results and this one was our best round! (:-) This time we also had live broadcast on, which we hope was appreciated? | Andra omgången färdig för Shedhill och tyvärr hade vi lite otur. Under tiden Lars och Roger sköt, gick strömmen till tavlorna. Avbrottet påverkade inte Rogers resultat men tyvärr Lars. Från 77,3 till inte nöjda 121,2. Vi hade tur med vädret eftersom vind var lovat men ingen kom. (:-) Bilder från omgången finns under Galleri. Nu väntar vi bara på de andras resultat. Second round for Shedhill finished and we had a little bad luck. During Lars and Rogers shooting, the power to the targets went down. The break did not affect Rogers result but unfortunately Lars.
